Unfortunately, no. Pets are not permitted on the property.
Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. 50% refund (plus the full security deposit) if cancelled more than 60 days before check-in. Within 60 days of check-in, the rental fee is non-refundable but the security deposit is still returned. Every confirmation email includes a unique link that lets you cancel anytime.

We use a smart lock system. You’ll receive a unique door code via text within a few days of your arrival. No key pickup needed.
Yes, but events require a permit from the City of Oxford, so we need at least 2–3 months advance notice to coordinate. Additional event fees may apply depending on the size and nature of the gathering. Reach out early and we’ll help you plan it.
Yes, a $500 refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking. It’s returned in full after checkout provided there are no damages.
